RSGB Contest Results 70MHz AFS Contest 2019
v4.145 by G4CLA

After a significant reduction in the number of entries and active stations in this contest last year I am pleased to report a large jump in activity this year. This contest is now part of the AFS Superleague which appears to have greatly stimulated interest amongst AFS clubs.  Also, this year's VHF AFS contests now include a table for General Category Clubs who have members outside the 80Km boundary stipulated for Local Clubs.

146 different stations appeared in the logs and 25 large locator squares were active, including a number from continental Europe, although conditions were generally reported as flat or average. The best ODX was an MS QSO between G4ASR and SP9HWY at 1546Km.

Congratulations go to:-
